WHO WE ARE

We are Steve and Kathy Bloom and have seven houses, six of which we let in Canterbury and the remaining one is on a long-term let to a university in London.

We keep our portfolio small, offering only a few high quality properties in the very best locations, because a small portfolio is better managed. Each house has been lovingly restored and decorated because we want you to be happy and feel respected. With our student tenants, we are convinced that a comfortable, clean environment is essential for focused minds and high academic achievements. Our properties should be your homes from home; places you will love and treasure.

All our houses are in fantastic locations, within easy reach of universities, business hubs and train stations while also a short walk from the centre of Canterbury. We believe that if we provide quality accommodation, you will appreciate and respect the houses, creating pleasant living spaces for yourselves. As landlords we aim to be compliant and responsive, welcoming feedback and constructive criticism.

We appreciate everything you have done for us at Havelock St, more than any other landlords have done so thank you very much.
